The consumer organisation Which? recently published a report highlighting the difference between independent opticians and the High Street multiples. In a small study, all independent opticians passed. this could not be said of the High Street chains.
Why is there such a large difference? The independent optician does not have to work to targets and is motivated to provide a service that their patients can be happy and confident with.
