I first came upon Nileash and Justin at the Bright and cheerful ‘Blink opticians’East Sheen during the second Lockdown in 2020
Grey and dismal days were they brought kindness and light into my life .
I was rather down on my luck having joined the ranks of the unemployed doing the same walk day in day out when one day I walked ‘ Blink opticians ‘ and asked if they wouldn’t mind tightening up my frames which were loose.
Not only did they fix my frames they would not accept any payment,
I was absolutely struck down by their kindness because they did it once more and still would not accept a token fee and it really cheered me up that people could be so nice in ‘hard times’ , these events stay with you .
I made my mind up that when I would get the job I would go back and seek their services .
Thankfully The right Job came in for me and I was able to book my appointment for any eye test with Nilesh , Justin worked out the payment and explained every detail to me ,with no hidden costs or add ons , a very fair transaction I felt .
I purchased two pair of bifocals with grey transition for sunlight in case I lost a pair and one pair just for reading which I felt I needed .
The Blink lenses have given me new eyes ,I have crystal clear vision now.
There was no sales pitch involved what so ever from Nilesh or Justin , this is how I like to be prepared in case of loss and this was my request.
They even posted my second pair of bifocals to my new address out of London .
These men are exceptional in their services and I completely recommend Blink opticians unreservedly.
Nilesh and Justin are just good people and will do everything to make sure you are totally taken care of and delighted with the end result.

In the middle of lock down I lost my glasses in a stream in Richmond Park. I could barely see. Nilesh of Blink Optics came to the rescue by setting me up with two new sets of glasses. He opened up his shop specially for me and he really helped me out.
My wife and I first received the services of Nilesh Suneji when he worked at D&A in Hammersmith. We were so impressed with his professionalism, attention to detail and care that when he finally moved to East Sheen to set up Blink Optics we pursued him there despite the inconvenience of the journey from Shepherds Bush. When you encounter and are the recipient of, such wonderful customer care such as Nilesh provides you don't give it up readily. Case in point: I recently broke my reading glasses frames on a Friday afternoon. Despite being fully booked for the next day, Nilesh found time to see me before his first scheduled customer and sorted out new frames and ensured I was completely happy with the change. Great guy and superb optician! Thoroughly recommend.

The service I receive from Blink Optics is second to none. I had an eye emergency and they got me in to see them straight away. They sorted me out and I was able to head back to work to finish the working day. I have also taken my two boys there and the time that they took to help them choose the right glasses was amazing!! I would definitely recommend Blink Optics.
The service I have received from Blink has been outstanding from my first visit but I was even more impressed when recently I broke my glasses and phoned in despair on Good Friday from a Scottish island, with the country in lockdown and no possibility returning to London for several weeks. New spectacles were made up that day and I received them following Tuesday!
